I Need Your Vote!
I want everyone to see the value of a whole brain education and I need your help.
We’ve submitted a proposal for me to speak at the 2016 SXSWedu® conference. It’s a great conference, with over 5000 people in attendance and they let the public decide what they want to hear. That is where you come in. After a brief signup process through the SXSW® PanelPicker, you can vote for my session idea. You can only vote for my proposal one time but that one time will really help!! Voting is only open from August 10 through September 4. So, cast your vote today!
If you are excited about what is happening in education, you should consider attending this conference:
For the last 5 years or so, Austin, Texas has been the host of SXSWedu®, a huge meeting of minds in the education sector. “The SXSWedu® Conference & Festival fosters innovation in learning by hosting a diverse and energetic community of stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds in education.” In past years many of the thought leaders in the field have shared their ideas about the future of education; anti-testing advocate, Diane Ravitch, U.S. secretary of education, Arne Duncan and Sal Khan, creator of Khan Academy, to name a few. This is a huge deal!
