Add Color to Your Self-Care
One of my favorite self-care ideas is coloring! There is just something about the simplicity of a new coloring book and the smell and excitement of a new box of colored pencils that calms and resets my mind. And the great thing about coloring is that it can be done almost anywhere whether you have 5 minutes or 5 hours to devote to it.







I must admit, I have purchased more than my fair share of adult coloring books and I want more every time I see them. My colored pencils are sharpened and ready and there aren’t enough hours in the day for how much I want to color!
There’s been a lot of noise on social media lately about coloring books designed for adults. They are supposed to help us relax and leave the world behind as we get out our colored pencils, leave the stress of daily life behind and enjoy time spent coloring.
