This summer we are going to focus on the basics to keep the kids’ minds fresh and active while they are enjoying the freedom that summer provides. We have some great new ideas for reading that lend themselves to the extra time of summer. We will help the kids make a summer journal to keep those handwriting skills limber while teaching creative writing. And, of course, we have some great ways to incorporate drawing into the summer fun. We have already kicked off our journal prompts on the Bette Fetter Facebook page. We have been posting writing and drawing prompts on weekdays starting on June 1st and they will continue through August. So get over to the page and get started.
